Cancellation policy

Cancel up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund. After that, 50% is refundable.

If we manage to re-book your dates after a cancellation, we always refund you in full — whatever the policy says. Just talk to us.

Payment & deposit

50% deposit due now, the remainder 14 days before arrival.

We confirm your booking as soon as the 50% deposit arrives. The remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in — we'll send a friendly reminder with a payment link.

Terms & conditions

Lillsjö Lodge is rented as a self-catering holiday home for the booked dates and number of guests. The booking is personal and may not be transferred or sublet. Guests are liable for damage beyond normal wear and tear; please report anything broken right away — accidents happen and honesty is appreciated. Arrival from 15:00, departure by 11:00 unless agreed otherwise. The house rules on this page are part of these terms.

Privacy

We only use your contact details to handle your booking and stay: confirmations, check-in instructions and practical messages. We never sell or share your data with third parties beyond what is needed to process your payment. After your stay we keep booking records only as long as bookkeeping rules require.
