Cancellation policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund. After that, the first night is non-refundable.
You can also book the non-refundable rate (10% off): that booking cannot be cancelled or refunded, and is paid in full when you book.
Payment & deposit
Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
How reviews work
Only guests who have completed a stay can write a review. After check-out, they can receive a personal link for their own booking; without that link, no review can be submitted.
Reviews marked "Verified stay" were collected directly and appear as soon as the guest submits them, without prior approval. Other reviews come from booking platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com, which only accept reviews from guests who booked through them.
We only hide a review for one of these reasons:
- it contains insulting, discriminatory or threatening language;
- it contains personal data, such as someone's name, phone number or address;
- it is not about the stay;
- it is spam or fake.
We never hide reviews because they are negative. The average score includes every published review, including low ones.
Protection against spam and bots
Forms on this site, such as the newsletter sign-up, are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks in the background whether a visitor is a person and not an automated program. To do so, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details.
Cookies & statistics
Google Analytics places cookies (_ga) that recognise your browser on a later visit, so the host can see how many people visit, which pages, and whether a booking follows.
The host of this site is responsible for this data; Google processes it on the host’s behalf and your IP address is shortened. hejGuide, the platform behind this site, does not use these cookies.
Your choice is remembered for 12 months. Change it at any time via “Cookies” in the footer; declining has no effect on booking.
